Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Each treatment is tailored to the individual person, a shorter treatment being given to the elderly and children.
On the first visit before the treatment commences, I will undertake an initial Consultation with you. This will determine your present and past health history and your lifestyle choices. A treatment session usually lasts for about one hour. A course of treatment may be recommended, depending on your body's needs. Please read these info sheets:

WHY DO YOU NOT DO MASSAGE?
From the first time I touched someone’s feet during training, I knew I was given a special gift and ever since I have been passionate about Reflexology. I feel that I am serving the needs of my clients best by staying focused on what I am very skilled at and find I am rewarded by doing so and my clients tell me the same.
WHO CAN NOT BE HELPED WITH REFLEXOLOGY?
In about 15% of my treatments there were little noticeable changes for clients and for these clients I will gladly refer them on to other therapies I feel might be a better fit for them.
WHEN SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE A REFLEXOLOGY SESSION?
The main contraindications for treatment are if you have been drinking that day or plan to that night or have contagious infection or athletes foot.
Most people note a sense of well-being and relaxation, but sometimes people report feeling lethargic, nauseous or tearful, but this is transitory and is part of the healing process. It is vital to report this information back to me as it shows how your body is responding to treatment. This will help me to tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs.
